you need:

-250g of dry pea broken
-1 half glass of
olive oil - 2 cloves garlic
- cumin, salt
- 2 small hot pepper

Preparation-In a saucepan put the pea dry thoroughly washed, peeled garlic cloves, cumin and salt
.
- Cover with water and salt.
- To cook then more after at least 15 minutes
skim the foam that to form a the surface ,
-cook on low heat for 30 to 45 minutes. When the peas are cooked,
-pass them in a blender to make a puree.
Let's remains liquid, add hot water if necessary.
-Serve hot, basting with olive oil.

mini quiches


here a test of mini quiche appetizer
for this are the shrimp and mushrooms

Recipe: Mussels
small round and oval foot laminated

100g shrimp
some fungi
two onions

two eggs 100ml cream cheese grater


saute onion, add mushrooms, sliced salt pepper,
beat the eggs with the cream cheese and add the shrimp
and pour over onions and mushrooms and stop cooking
with a tablespoon filling the tarts which was dark with the leg pastry, bake for
plus at least 20 minutes in preheated oven at 180 degrees.
